Recipe for Grilled Burgers With Basil


1 lb ground beef; 93% lean
4 slice tomato
4 slice onion; red, thin
1 tablespoon basil, heaping slices
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoon red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sugar
4 hamburger rolls


Place tomato slices in a shallow dish; top each with 1 onion slice. Combine basil, olive oil, vinegar and sugar. Pour over tomatoes. Cover and refrigerate up to 1 hour. Form hamburger into 4 1/2" thick patties. Grill hamburger patties over medium heat, about 7-9 minutes, turning once. Salt and pepper to taste. 358 calories and 14 grams fat.
