Recipe for Glo's Cookies

Ingredients

2 cup rolled oats, regular
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon nutmeg or allspice
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup apple juice concentrate
1/2 cup raisins
2 egg whites
1 cup crushed pineapple,
1 unsweetened, drained
1 medium orange, juice and grated
1 peel of
2 tablespoon canola oil

Instructions

Combine dry ingredients in one bowl and wet in another. Combine and let stand to absorb, 2-3 minutes. Drop by teaspoons onto a spryed cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350F. until browned.

Variation: Add carob chips for the kids.
