Recipe for Graham Cracker Cookies


20 graham crackers, separate
1/2 cup sugar
2 sticks of butter
3/4 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla


Separate the graham crackers and put on a cookie sheet. Put sugar and butter in a pan, heat and boil for 2 minutes; then add the pecans and vanilla. Pour over crackers. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from pan immediately.
