Recipe for Apricot Fruit Flip

Ingredients

1 (12oz ) can apricot nectar
1 med-size ripe banana
1/4 cup instant non-fat dry milk
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1 ice cubes

Instructions

Combine all ingredients, except ice cubes, in container of an electric blender. Add enough ice cubes to measure 4 cups; blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Yields: 4 cups
