Recipe for Genuine Italian Spaghetti


1 large can tomato juice
2 can tomato paste
1 large onion, grated
1 stock celery, grated parsley leaves; , grated
1/2 can grated parmesan cheese vegetable oi; l
2 lb ground beef and 1/4 lb. pork sausag; e
1 kernel garlic and 1 onion
4 eggs
2 slice bread, cut up
1/4 can parmesan cheese salt and pepper to; taste


Sauce: Saute - oil, grated onion, celery and parsley until done, but not too brown. Add tomato paste and simmer, then add tomato juice.

Meatballs: Mix ground beef, pork sausage, garlic, onion, eggs, bread and Parmesan cheese together and form balls. Fry in oil. Add to the prepared sauce and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.

Serve over spaghetti.
