8 plum tomatoes; chopped
3/4 cup basil; fresh and chopped
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 centiliter garlic; finely chopped
1 salt and pepper
1 loaf sourdough or baguette


Combine tomatoes, basil, garlic and olive oil in a bowl; season to taste. Slice bread 1/2 to 3/4" thick; broil or grill on both sides until lightly toasted. Spoon tomato mixture, along with juices, on top of bread. 110 calories and 3 grams fat.
