Recipe for Egg Cognac (German)


1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/4 cup cognac


1. Mix egg yolks and sugar and vannila untill light coloured creamy.

2.Add Cognac and stir until all is well blended.

3.Keeps for 1 month.
