Recipe for Mexican Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

6 cup milk
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
6 oz sweet cooking chocolate --
1 chopped
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoon sugar
6 cinnamon sticks

Instructions

Heat milk with cinnamon until steaming. Pour into blender. Add chocolate and blend until frothy. Whip cream with sugar until stiff. Pour hot chocolate into cups. Top with whipped cream. Garnish each cup with a cinnamon stick. Serves 6.
