Recipe for Orange Cream Shake

Ingredients

3/4 cup pineapple-orange juice
2 tablespoon instant non-fat dry milk
1 sugar substitute equivalent 1 tb su; gar
1/2 teaspoon orange extract

Instructions

In blender container, combine all ingredients. Cover; blend until all slush consistency. Serve immediately. 2 (1 cup) servings.
