Recipe for Sausage Supreme


2 cup rigatoni
1/2 lb italian sausage
2 tablespoon red pepper; chopped
2 tablespoon green pepper; chopped
1/2 cup milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
6 oz cheddar cheese; grated


Cook rigatoni according to package directions; drain. Crumble sausage and cook in large skillet until browned; drain off excess fat. Stir in red and green peppers, milk, soup and rigatoni. Turn into 2 qt baking dish. Top with cheddar cheese and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
