Recipe for Thai Dressing


1/2 cup red chilli shreds
1/2 cup yellow chilli shreds
1/4 cup crushed garlic
2 tablespoon pickled garlic, crushed with juice
1 tablespoon chopped coriander root
1/4 cup fish sauce
1/2 cup lime juice
2 tablespoon palm sugar


Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Can be stored indefinitely in a refigerator if kept in a sealed jar. Can be used as a dipping sauce and in a variety of Thai dishes.
