Recipe for Baked Stuffed Clams


1 can minced clams
1 stick of melted margarine
4 tablespoon clam broth
1 pinch of garlic salt
3 cup ritz cracker crumbs
1 tablespoon sherry
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce


Drain clams, reserving 4 tb liquid. Mix all ingredients together and stuff shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. If you do not have shells, bake in a small baking dish for 20 to 25 minutes and serve on crackers.
