Recipe for Cheese Mushrooms


3 pint fresh mushrooms
10 strips crisp bacon, crumbled
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 seasoned salt
1 medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 cup sharp cheese, grated


Remove mushroom stems. Wash in salted water, place in a shallow Pyrex pan, buttered, cup side up. Mix mayonnaise, onion, bacon and salt to taste. Fill hollow of mushroom and sprinkle with cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
