Recipe for Chicken-Pecan Cheese Spread

Ingredients

8 oz neufchatel cheese, softened
1 cup chopped cooked chicken
3/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoon chopped chutney
1 tablespoon curry powder
2 tablespoon coarsely chopped parsely

Instructions

Chopped pecans, for garnish

1. In a food processor, combine cheese, chicken, toasted pecans, mayonnaise, chutney, curry & parsely. Process just until combined.

2. Place in a serving dish & garnish w/ chopped pecans. Refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled. Serve w/ crackers & sliced apples.
