Recipe for Crusty Parmesan Wings

1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup dry fine bread crumbs
1 1/2 teaspoon paprika
3/4 cup golden italian dressing
3 lb chicken drummettes or whole wings

Combine cheese, bread crumbs and paprika in small bowl. Stir well.

Pour dressing into another small bowl.

If using whole wings, discard tips. Cut wings apart at joint. Dip each piece into dressing then coat with cheese mixture. Place on greased or foil-lined baking tray. Bake, uncovered, in 350 F oven for about 45 minutes until tender. Serve warm. These may be prepared ahead. Reheat in 350 F oven for about 10 minutes until hot. Makes about 36-40 pieces.
