Recipe for Peach-Ginger-Grape Fizz


1 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh gingerroot
3 cup white grape juice, chilled
3 large peaches or nectarines, peeled, pitt; ed, and cut into chunks
3/4 cup seltzer water, chilled


Place ginger, 1.5 cups of the grape juice, and the peaches or nectarines in a blender or food processor and puree. Combine the remaining grape juice, the blened peaches, and the seltzer.
