Recipe for Whole Wheat Bagels


1 1/8 cup white bread flour
1 1/8 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon molasses
2/3 cup water


Options: You can substitute all White Bread Flour.

If you do, be careful in the boiling stage.

You can add - 1/4 Cup well packed raisins & 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon.

You can sprinkle on top - 3/4 Tablespoon Poppy Seeds or 3/4 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds or 1/4 Cup Onions or your own preferences
