Recipe for Strawberry, Peach Cantaloupe Cooler


1 cup strawberries; sliced
1 cup peaches; chopped
1 cup cantaloupe balls; pre-frozen
2 tablespoon sugar
1 quart apple juice
1 quart sparkling water; chilled
1 mint sprigs
1 ice


Combine strawberries and peaches in small bowl. Sprinkle with sugar; stir gently. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Put fruit (except cantaloupe) into punch bowl. Gradually stir in apple juice and sparking water. Top with cantaloupe balls, ice and mint sprigs.
