Recipe for Zingy Tomato-Orange Bouillon


1 quart low sodium tomato juice
2 can low sodium beef broth --
1 vegetarian from hfs
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1 dash hot pepper sauce
12 oz frozen orange juice
1 concentrate -- thawed
1 undiluted
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 (10 3/4 oz) each


Makes a great appetizer.

In large pan, heat tomato juice, bouillon, celery salt and hot pepper sauce. Simmer 10 min. Add orange juice and lemon juice just before serving. Heat, but DO NOT BOIL.

Serves 6 - 8.
