Recipe for Zesty Coconut Cream Dressing


1/2 cup coco lopez cream of coconut
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 .70 ounce pk. italian dressing mix


In small jar with tight-fitting lid or bowl, combine ingredients; mix well. Chill to blend flavors. Stir before serving. Serve with tossed green salads, fruit salads, or with coleslaw. Refrigerate leftovers.
