Recipe for Beef Noodle Soup

Ingredients

2 tablespoon oil
225 gm sirloin steak
1 small onion
2 celery sticks
1 3/8 liter beef stock
1 tablespoon coriander root & stem
2 kaffir lime leaves
2 1/2 cc root ginger
1 teaspoon palm sugar
1 tablespoon fish sauce
90 gm egg noodles
120 gm straw mushrooms

Instructions

Preparation:

slice the steak and celery. peel the ginger and thinly slice drain the mushrooms

1. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the meat, onion and celery until the meat is cooked through and the vegetables are soft.

2. Add the stock, coriander, lime leaves, ginger, sugar and fish sauce. Bring to the boil.

3. Add the noodles and straw mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes. Serve piping hot, garnished with chilli flowers.
