Recipe for Burke's Greek Spaghetti


1 large green pepper -- chopped
1 large onion -- chopped
1 stick butter
1 small can ripe olives
1 medium can mushrooms
1 large can stewed tomatoes
8 oz grated old english cheese
1 lb spaghetti -- cooked & drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can milk


Saute peppers and onions in melted stick of butter. Add olives, mushrooms and stewed tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes. Layer spaghetti, sauce and cheese; repeat layers. Top with cream of mushroom soup diluted with 1/2 can of milk. Bake for 35--45 minutes at 350 degrees until bubbly.
