Recipe for Orange Herb Rice


2 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon chopped onion
2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon marjoram
1/8 teaspoon thyme
1 cup uncooked long grain rice


Cook onion in butter until tender. Add water, seasonings and orange juice. Bring to a boil; stir in rice. Cover and reduce heat and simmer for 20 mins. or until water is absorbed and the rice is tender.
