Recipe for Salmon Appetizers


1 pkg frozen puff pastry
4 oz smoked salmon, cut into thin
1 strips
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice


Preheat oven to 375F.

Cut 1 sheet puff pastry into 2" rounds and put into greased muffin cups. Top with several strips of salmon and top with about 1 tablespoon combined cream cheese, chives and lemon juice.

Bake 15-18 minutes. Serve warm.
