Recipe for Priazzo


1/2 lb ground beef
1 small chopped onion
1 small chopped green pepper
2 (1lb) frozen bread loaves,
1 thawed
4 cup shredded mozzarella,
1 divided
18 slice pepperoni
1 can (4oz) sliced mushrooms,
1 drained
1 can (14oz) pizza sauce


Brown beef, pepper and onion; drain.

Divide one loaf dough in half and press into bottom and up sides of 2-9" greased pie plates. Sprinkle each with 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese. top each with half of the meat mixture. Top with pepperoni and mushrooms. Divide remaining bread dough and roll into 2 10" circles. cover each pie; crimp edges. Spread each with sauce and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 400F. 25-30 minutes. 12-16 servings.
