Recipe for Taco Tartlets


1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoon taco sauce
3 tablespoon chopped ripe olives
1 cup coarsley crushed tortilla
1 chips
1 lb ground beef
2 tablespoon taco seasoning
2 tablespoon water
1 cup (4oz) shredded cheddar
1 cheese


Preheat oven to 425F.

Combine meat shell ingredients and press into sides and bottoms of mini muffin cups. Combine filling ingredients and put about a teaspoon into each shell. Bake 7-8 minutes until cooked and bubbly. Remove from pan and serve.
