3 cup bread flour
3 teaspoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon cilatro, dried
1 cup corn meal
1/2 cup creamed corn
3 tablespoon green chilies; (canned; dice
1 1/2 teaspoon jalapeno peppers; (canned; d
3 teaspoon olive oil
1 cup water


Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set "baking control" at 11 o'clock. Select "white bread" and push Start.

In hot & humid weather, use 1/8 c less water.
