Recipe for Hector Narvaez Salsa


18 oz whole tomatoes (2 cans)
2 teaspoon fresh chopped cilantro or 1 ts dry; cilantro
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
5 jalapeno peppers (canned), chopped


Place tomatoes, cilantro, onion, garlic powder, salt and jalapeno peppers in blender; buzz until chunky smooth. Preparation time: 10 minutes
