Recipe for Rhodes Spinach Supper Ring


1 loaf Rhodes frozen bread dough, thawed and risen
2 (10oz.) pkg. chopped frozen spinach-thawed and drained
1/2 lb. sliced pepperoni or chopped cooked ham
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
11/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 egg white with 1 tablespoon water, beaten
sesame seeds


Roll dough into a 10x15 inch rectangle. Sprinkle spinach over surface. Top with pepperoni, mushrooms and cheese. Roll jellyroll fashion, pinch along seam to seal. Form a ring and pinch ends together. Place seam side down on large baking sheet sprayed with non stick cooking spray. on Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Make 5 or 6 slashes on top of ring to let out steam. Bake at 350 F 30-40 minutes or until nicely browned. Serve hot from the oven.
